Light on the Porto San Giorgio seafront
Overlooking the Adriatic Sea, the Porto San Giorgio waterfront is one of the city’s most popular spots, a meeting place and a popular place for strolling that accompanies the daily life of residents and tourists in every season.
The new LED system ensures high visual comfort, greater safety and uniform light, designed to improve the perception of spaces and the quality of time spent along the waterfront. An intervention that combines urban design, people’s well-being and control of lighting impact.
Between pedestrian routes, resting areas and spaces dedicated to social life, the project enhances the seafront as a place to experience in the evening hours. AEC is proud to contribute to this transformation with MOD 2.0 URBAN, a solution capable of dialoguing with the coastal landscape with discretion and identity.
This intervention not only improves the usability and safety of the area, but also introduces technologies capable of regulating light temperature, contributing to the protection of the ecosystem and to more sustainable management of urban lighting.
