231 Models and Ethical Code

The corporate code of ethics is a type of document drawn up and adopted on a voluntary basis in a corporate environment. It defines a set of ethical and social rules to which company representatives must comply.

Organisational and Management models (Decree. 231)

AEC Illuminazione S.r.l. since 08/01/2015 it has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model (also known as OMM or Model 231) aimed at ensuring conditions of fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and company activities (pursuant to the provisions of the Decree 231 of June 8, which introduced a regime of administrative – but in fact criminal – liability for companies).

Ethical code

AEC Illuminazione through the Ethical Code gives evidence of its ethical and legal responsibility with principles that apply to employees, collaborators and company management. The Code expresses the set of rights, duties and responsibilities of the Company towards the “stakeholders” (employees, suppliers, customers, Public Administration, shareholders, financial market, etc …) in order to ensure conditions of fairness and transparency in the conduction of business and company activities. The Organizational Model provides that AEC Illuminazione S.r.l. communicates its contents to its commercial partners.
