We are committed to ensuring a healthy and safe working environment, respecting the provisions of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and adhering to the requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 Standard. Since 2017, we have adopted and certified a management system for health and safety at work.

At AEC Illuminazione, we firmly believe that the true value of a company lies in its people. For this reason, over the past three years we have dedicated an average of 1,192 hours per year to training our employees in health and safety. This significant investment is a reflection of our ongoing commitment to ensuring a safe and secure working environment for our team.

Social Cooperative “Il Cenacolo”

AEC Illuminazione collaborates with the Social Cooperative “Il Cenacolo” to facilitate the employment of people with disabilities. The partnership promotes social inclusion and equal opportunities, providing work to those who may encounter difficulties in the market.

Elementary schools

In keeping with our sustainability values and with the intent of passing them on to new generations, we donated steel water bottles and recycled paper notebooks to elementary school children, with the aim of raising awareness among children and adults towards a more responsible use of resources.

Arezzo Surveying School

Students from the Fossombroni Institute in Arezzo visited AEC Illuminazione during the construction of the new plant. The guided tour offered a hands-on training experience, allowing students to explore the construction site and observe the different stages of construction.

ITIS Bibbiena

AEC Illuminazione invited the ITIS high school of Bibbiena and its students to its factory. The cutting-edge systems and machinery that the company is equipped with were shown and the entire production process of public lighting systems was explained.

MUMEC Museum Arezzo

The University of the Third Age of Subbiano and the Mumec Museum of Arezzo visited the AEC Illuminazione plant and attended a reenactment of the first electric lighting in Italy in 1853. The event allowed participants to reflect on technological progress and the evolution of lighting technologies.
