- Product code (click here to identify the product code).
- Bill of lading number (click here to identify the bill of lading number).
You will also need to indicate the delivery date, the reference contact details and a valid email address to be contacted.
Warranty validation
- HOW TO REPORT A FAULT (LED PRODUCTS)
Before reporting a fault, the warranty must be validated and the customer must be in possession of a bill of lading containing the following information:
- Product code (click here to identify the product code).
- Delivery date (click here to identify the delivery date).
- Bill of lading number (click here to identify the bill of lading number).
The customer will be also required to know the location of the installation, the number of damaged equipments, the reference contact details and a valid email address to be contacted.
