REPORT ON EX ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/03
 
Interested subjects: Registered users of AEC official website.
Mr. Alessandro Cini, as owner and legal representative of AEC Illuminazione S.r.l., Industrial District Castelnuovo, 256, Subbiano (AR); email: aec at aecilluminazione dot it; telephone: +39 0575 42151, according to and for the effects of the Legislative Decree dated 30 June 2003 no. 196 ("Code concerning personal data") following "Code of Privacy", with the present document informs that the above mentioned rules proved for the protection of person and other subjects against the wrong treatment of personal data and taht such treatment will be characterised by principless of correctitude, lawfulness, transparency and protection of Your privacy and Your rights.

Your personal data, related to the relationship with our Society, will be used under the provision of the law about the above mentioned rules and under the provision of obligations for discretion described there.

Purpose of the treatment. In particular your data will be used for the following purposes:
correct use of the registered area of the website (such as programs download, use of online services);
sending of the literature specifically requested by the users filling the online form;
sales information and marketing activities (such as sending of AEC literature, newsletters, invitations to events and fairs, activities related to the Internet website);
market researches and custom relationship management activities.

The treatment of functional data, for the accomplishment of such obligations, it is necessary for the execution of the relationship that exists with our Society and their conferring is obligatory to put into effect the above listed purposes. The Owner informs, moreover, that the eventual non-communication or wrong communication of one of the compulsory information, could cause the impossibility for the owner to guarantee the right use of the data..

Way of treatment. Your personal data could be used in the following ways:
authomatic treatment by electronic calculating;
hands-on treatment by paper archives.
Each treatment happens following what described in articles 11, 31 and following of the Code of Privacy and through the adoption of the minimal precautionary measures provided by the technical code.

Communication: your data will be kept in our Company and will be communicated exclusively to the competent subjects for the accomplishment of necessary services and for a correct management of business relationship with a guarantee of protection of the interested person's rights.

Your data will be used inside our Company by the following classes of delegates:
employers;
stagists, advisers and/or occasional collaborators.

Your data will be communicated outside the Company, in particular to:
advisers and freelances, even in associated form;
sales agencies;
agencies or public offices in law obligation;
inspecting units in law obligation;
carriers.

Diffusion: your personal data will not be diffused in any way.

Legislative decree no. 196/03: Art.7 - Right to access personal data and other rights:

1. The interested person has the right to know the existence or not of his personal data, even if not jet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
 
2. The interested person has the right to obtain information about:
a. Origin of personal data;
b. Purpose and way of the treatment;
c. The logic applied in case of treatment made by electronic instruments;
d. The identificative instruments of the owner, of responsibles and of the appointed representative according to article 5, paragraph 2;
e. The subject or categories of subjects to whom the data could be communicated or which could have them because representative, responsible or delegated, of Italian Country.
 
3. The interested person has the right to obtain:
a. The up-dating, rectification or, when in the interest of subject, the integration of data;
b. The cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of treated data in case of trasgression of the law, included the data the conservation of which is not necessary in relation with the purposes for which they have been took and treated;
c. Attestation that previous two points have been communicated, even in their content, to the person the data of which have been communicated or diffused, apart the case when such act reveals itself impossible or requires the use of media enormously disproportionate as regards the protected right.
 
4. The interested person has the right to oppose partially or totally:
a. For proper reason, to the treatment of data for sending advertising material or direct selling or for market research or commercial communication.
